Follow up appointments
...
We suggest regular follow-up
care for long-standing chronic conditions.
The entire therapeutic process is dynamic
and as improvements or changes occur,
changes will also be required in the
treatment plan. We recommend return
visits every 2-4 months for patient
reevaluation and to obtain a new program.
The need to return for
an earlier appointment will depend on
the age of the patient as well as the
severity of the disability. Young children
may need to return more frequently because
changes can occur far more quickly.
In the case of severe disabilities,
patients may also need careful monitoring
and we need to ensure that the program
is changed according to their own needs.
